		<description>Jenn NO! Never ever ever eat below 1200 calories a day you will hurt yourself badly! Your body will go into starvation mode and cause way way more harm than good. You need to be very careful about eating a healthy variety of the right foods.  Especially if you already have health issues. Eating too few calories will weaken your ability to fight off diseases. So please.. try 1200 calories if you must cut calories to diet. Here is a tip that helped me lose weight in the past.. cut bread, potatoes, fast food, and junk food out of your diet, try to reduce salt intake. Try to eat more vegetables, especially green vegetables, avoid juice but eat fruit for snacks, and drink plenty of water and tea. That should get you going down the right track Jenn.</description>

I&#039;m sedentary, but not really by choice.  I have a form of Muscular Dystrophy that makes me pretty much a quadriplegic.  My only real option as far as weight loss is to eat a lot less.  Currently I stick to around 800 calories a day and so far it seems to be working.
